Put your document in order

Fix a scan with pages in the wrong sequence or prepare a document for sharing. Use the workspace to review your pages and choose the appropriate reorder, rotate, or remove tool.

How to organise PDF pages

  1. Open your PDF

Create an account or sign in, upload your PDF, and inspect its pages in the workspace.

  2. Make your page changes

Reorder pages as needed. Use the rotate or remove pages tools for orientation changes or unwanted pages.

  3. Review and download

Check the new page sequence and download the updated PDF. Keep your source file if you may need the removed pages later.

A few things to know.

Can I rotate just some pages?

Use the rotate tool and select the pages you want to change. Review their orientation before downloading.

Can I undo changes after downloading?

Keep the original file so you can start again. A downloaded result does not include an editing history that restores removed pages.

Does organising pages edit their text?

No. Page organisation changes the arrangement of the document. Use an appropriate editing or annotation tool for changes within a page.
